This is a stunning 3 night tour in Connemara that takes you to the most remote and most beautiful parts of the west of ireland, staying each night in the most luxurious and unique irish castles.

| Day 1. Arrive at Ashford Castle in Cong
Accommodation: Ashford Castle
Arrive to Dublin Airport where you will be greeted and transferred to your 5 star accommodation in the west of Ireland. This truly unique Castle hss to be seen to be believed. Originally constructed in the 13th century, this magnificent castle had a rich and storied history, evolving from a medieval fortress to a grand retreat. It is one of Ireland’s most iconic and celebrated landmarks. On arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted by one of our experienced guides and briefed on your tour and fitted with bikes. Later in the day you can relax in the luxurious surroundings, enjoy a castle activity such as clay pigeon shooting, fishing or golf. Enjoy a gentle cycle around the locality visiting nearby Cong village or Ashford woods.
| Day 2. Cycle through Connemara National park to Ballynahinch Castle
Accommodation: : Ballynahinch Castle
Cycling distance: 68km with options for more
After a hearty breakfast you will cycle through the ancient forest in Cong and onwards along the northern banks of Lough Corrib to the flat plains of Connemara. Enjoy the views of peat bogs as you cycle west with stunning views of the Connemara mountains. Stop for a break at the Padraic Pearse centre, one of Ireland National heroes of independence and learn about the culture, history and heritage of the local area. Continue west to the stunning Ballynahinch Castle where you will spend the next 2 nights. Once you are settled in the castle residence, enjoy a meal in the famous, award winning restaurant and an evening walk through the fabulous Castle estate.
| Day 3 – Explore the Connemara coast
Accommodation: Ballynahinch Castle
Cycling distance: Numerous looped options Roundstone + bog road 45km, Clifden + Sky road adds 20km. Carna + Kilkieran loop 74km.
After breakfast you will cycle south to the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. From here you can venture further to Dogs Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ireland. Enjoy a stroll along the whitesand before continuing to the town of Clifden via the historic sites at Derrigimlagh. Clifden is a small town and is known as the capital of Connemara and has a number of pleasant shop, cafes and galleries to enjoy. Aferwards, if you are feeling energetic enough, explore the famous Sky road with fantastic views of the Atlantic coast before returning along the bog road for the final night of the tour in Ballynahinch Castle. On the morning of the 4th day, enjoy an optiponal morning cycle before being collected by private transfer and returning to Dublin.

Trek Electric Bikes
We use the best quality Trek E-bikes on the market. These bikes are pedal assist meaning they travel a lot further when you push the pedal compared to a regular bike. Comfortable, strong and stable bikes combined with a quiet, powerful Bosch motor and a fully integrated high-capacity battery ensure many miles of care-free cycling. On a full charge they are good for 100km+.

Carbon road bike:
A Trek Emonda SL5 is super light and super fun. With a 500 OCLV carbon frame and Shimano 105 drive train, this bike offers the speed and comfort you are used to.
