End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Adventure Ready Ireland Ltd, trading as West Ireland Cycling and Green Marble Tours (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and authorized users (“User” or “you”) of our QuickBooks integration system (“System”).

2. Purpose of the System

The System is an internal business tool designed to automate invoice generation and payment processing for West Ireland Cycling’s cycling tour bookings. It integrates with QuickBooks Online to:

• Generate customer invoices automatically
• Send payment requests via email
• Track payment status
• Manage customer billing information

3. Authorized Use

This System is for internal use by West Ireland Cycling staff only. By using this System, you agree to:

• Use the System solely for legitimate West Ireland Cycling business purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any customer data accessed
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized persons
• Comply with all applicable data protection regulations

4. Data Access

The System accesses QuickBooks data including customer names, email addresses, invoice amounts, and payment history. All data access is logged and monitored.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the System for any unlawful purpose
• Share customer data outside of approved business processes
• Attempt to bypass any security measures

6. Liability

Adventure Ready Ireland Ltd provides this System “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system use. Users are responsible for ensuring proper use and data handling.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the System at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of any changes.
